Return Policy
1. General Policy on Custom Design Services
Due to the bespoke, intellectual, and labor-intensive nature of our custom design services, we operate under a general “no-refund” policy once creative work has commenced and been delivered in part or in full. This is because the resources and time allocated to your project cannot be reclaimed. By approving the project commencement or any subsequent project phase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds & Service Remedies
While refunds are not provided for change of mind or dissatisfaction with a duly executed design direction, the following outlines scenarios where refunds or service remedies may be considered:
- 2.1. Service Not Rendered:
If we, without cause, fail to initiate or deliver any agreed-upon project deliverables, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposit or payment made for those undelivered services. - 2.2. Major Non-Conformance:
If the final deliverables fundamentally and materially fail to meet the core specifications outlined in the approved project brief or proposal, and we are unable or unwilling to rectify the failure through revisions, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount will be proportionate to the deficient work, as determined by our investigation. A general subjective dissatisfaction with the aesthetic does not constitute a major non-conformance.
3. Non-Eligible Scenarios
Under no circumstances are refunds granted for:
- Change of mind, taste, or business direction after the work has started.
- Dissatisfaction with deliverables that align with the approved project brief and proposal.
- Third-party issues, such as your inability to use the supplied files due to incompatibility with your own software or systems.
- Discovery of errors in materials, text, or information that you provided and approved in the final proof.
4. Chargeback & Dispute Resolution
4.1. Direct Contact Required:
We are committed to resolving any issue amicably. You agree to contact us directly at [Your Service Email] to seek a resolution for any dispute before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.
4.2. Chargeback Fraud:
Filing a chargeback for services rendered or in progress while disregarding this policy and refusing to communicate with us constitutes “friendly fraud.” We will actively contest such chargebacks with all available documentation, including this policy, project proposals, and proof of delivery and your approvals.
