Design is a customized service. The listed price is only a base amount for convenient checkout, not the final quote. Because each client’s needs differ, a unified price cannot be applied.
The fixed price only covers simple revisions and does not include original design work.
The final quote will be determined after our customer service confirms your specific requirements.
If you make a purchase and payment without contacting customer service first, we will not deliver or refund.
We only provide design services, not physical products or printing.

About Printing

Before mass printing, please carefully review and proof the final design files.
Designers do not verify text accuracy during the design process.
If any errors are discovered after mass printing, we will not be responsible and will not cover any resulting costs.

About Time

Please confirm the design timeline and quantity before placing your order.
If you change requirements or fail to communicate promptly during the design process, the delivery time and pricing may change.
The time shown in the main product image only applies to minor text edits to existing files.
For full redesigns or unspecified deadlines, the schedule varies based on project complexity.

About Cooperation

Everyone’s taste and aesthetics differ.
We value clear communication and believe our joint efforts will produce satisfying results.
However, we reserve the right to terminate cooperation without compensation if:

  1. The buyer is rude, uncooperative, or disrespects our designers.
  2. The buyer’s requests exceed the original order scope or our design capabilities.
  3. The buyer makes unreasonable or excessive demands during cooperation.

About Files and Formats

After final approval, please download your design files promptly on the same day.
Files may expire, and resending requires a new purchase since redesigning is needed.
If no file format was specified before design begins, requesting new formats after completion will be treated as a redesign and charged accordingly.

About Revisions

As long as the requests are reasonable, we promise to revise until you are satisfied.
However, please communicate all design content before placing the order.
If you change your design requirements midway, it will be treated as a new design and additional fees will apply.
Once the revision process begins, the scope of changes cannot be freely altered.

About Finalization

Please carefully review before final approval.
Once finalized, the designer has no obligation to make further changes or redesigns.
Minor text edits may be offered within one week depending on difficulty.
Major changes after finalization will incur an extra charge of 30%–70% of the original order fee.

About Respect

Mutual respect is essential.
Our collaboration is voluntary, and we begin design work upon receiving your order.
Please respect our efforts and refrain from offensive behavior.
The design fee covers our professional service — it does not include our dignity for sale.

About Copyright

All fonts and materials used in the design may require copyright or license purchase.
Please contact the respective font or material rights holders to obtain legal authorization.
We do not bear any liability for copyright issues.
Any legal or financial disputes arising from improper use of the design are the buyer’s responsibility.
Our studio’s responsibility is limited to design and revisions, not legal or financial matters.

The design fee is not the displayed price — the current price is a deposit only.
Final pricing depends on your requirements, complexity, materials, and timeframe.
Because design is a service-based product, it cannot have a fixed price like a physical item.
If errors are due to the designer, modifications are free.
If issues result from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the buyer (e.g., changing images, adding content, revising text, etc.),
then additional fees will be discussed and charged accordingly.
