Step 1: Define Your Design Direction

Important Notice: Before proceeding, we recommend reviewing our full Terms of Service (available at the bottom of our website), which detail our engagement fee structure, payment terms, and cooperation policies. Proceeding with an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Step 2: Place Your Order & Pay the Communication Engagement Fee
Once you've selected a direction, click "Consult Now" to proceed. You will see the Communication Engagement Fee for your project type (typically between $19.90 - $39.90), clearly displayed before payment.

This fee secures your dedicated communication channel. Upon payment, our customer service will contact you within 1 business day via your preferred method (email, Discord, or WhatsApp) to discuss your needs in detail.

Key Points About the Engagement Fee:

  • Purpose: This is a communication goodwill fee that covers initial consultation and service setup, not the actual design work.

  • Refund Policy: A full refund is available if you cancel before our first contact. Once the first one-on-one communication occurs, the fee becomes non-refundable as it covers incurred costs.

  • Deduction: This fee will be deducted from the final project quote if you decide to proceed with the full customization.

Step 3: One-on-One Creative Collaboration
After the initial consultation, we match you with a specialized designer (usually within 24 hours). You will then enter an exclusive collaboration space for in-depth discussions via video call, live chat, or shared whiteboard.

This is where your idea takes shape. Share your story, preferences, and references. Our designers—graduates from top global institutions with 5+ years of experience—will work with you to refine the concept, from initial sketches to final style guides.

Clarity on Early-Stage Termination:

  • If you decide not to proceed after the first consultation but before a final quote is approved, the engagement fee is not refundable, but no further costs are owed.

  • If we fail to meet our commitments at this stage (e.g., cannot match a designer or establish effective communication), we will issue a $20 courtesy coupon for future services.

Step 4: Efficient Production & Refinement
After you approve the final proposal and pay a 50% advance payment, the project moves into the production phase. Your designer will provide regular updates, including watermarked previews and progress reports, for your feedback.

We maintain rigorous quality control and accommodate reasonable adjustments within the agreed scope. Your project manager ensures everything stays on track.

Understanding Mid-Stream Changes:

  • If you choose to cancel at this stage for non-critical reasons, the advance payment is non-refundable, and you may be invoiced for work already completed.

  • If cancellation is due to a failure on our part (e.g., consistent missed deadlines), we will refund your advance payment in full.

Step 5: Final Review & Balance Payment
Upon completion, you will receive high-resolution, watermark-free proofs for a final review. You have 3-5 business days to request any last minor adjustments. Once you give your final approval, the remaining 50% balance is due.

Final Step Assurance:
After the final payment is received, the project is considered complete and delivered. Refunds are not offered at this point, but we stand by our work and will address any quality issues per our Return Policy.

Step 6: Digital Delivery & Continued Support
Immediately after the final payment, you receive all high-resolution final files, source files (e.g., AI, PSD), and a usage guide via email or secure cloud storage.

We also provide 30 days of complimentary post-delivery support for minor tweaks and format conversions, ensuring our work integrates smoothly into your projects.
